管端成型設備的作用：
該設備是用于將金屬管材的管端進行加工，被廣泛用于管件接通、汽車油管、太陽能、空調管等連接部位的加工成形。
管端成型設備的特點：
1、具備快速換模功能，換模后不需要進行調整。多種工位不同的模具可實現對管件進行擴口、縮口、縮管、鼓包、墩筋的加工，確保產品的加工精度。
2、自動化設備，上料方式可自動或手動取手動或自動，液壓系統，數控編程，中英文顯示介面，人機對話操作，并有自動計數功能。
3、自動下料、送料、夾料、自動成型。速度快，精度高。
