UPS電源測試主要目的是的UPS電源的實際技術指標是否滿足使用要求,我們對于UPS電源測試通常是進行穩態測試和動態測試與常規測試這三類,但是除此之外,UPS電源的測試內容還有其他種。 ??UPS電源的測試一般包括穩態測試和動態測試和常規測試三類。穩態測試是在空載、50%額定負載以及100%額定負載條件下,測試輸入端和輸出端的各相電壓、線電壓、空載損耗、功率因數、效率、輸出電壓波形、失真度以及輸出電壓的頻率等。動態測試一般是在負載突變(一般選擇負載由0%~100%和由100%~0%)時,測試UPS輸出電壓波形的變化,以檢驗UPS的動態特性和能量反饋通路。常規測試是測試其過載能力和檢測蓄電池。 ??對于一臺UPS來說,進行上述3項內容的測試就可以了,但對于大批生產的UPS還必須進行專項測試。專項測試可用抽樣的方式進行,其內容有: ??(1)在額定負載為超前及滯后兩種情況下,觀測UPS電源輸出的穩壓效果。 ??(2)小負載條件下的效率測試。在25%~35%的額定負載(滯后)條件下,質量好的UPS電源,效率可超過80%。 ??(3)頻繁操作試驗。此項試驗包括頻繁起動與頻繁轉換。 ??①頻繁起動的目的在于檢驗逆變器、鎖相環、靜態開關和濾波電容的動態穩定和熱穩定。其方法是起動UPS電源,當逆變器起動成功,有輸出電壓和輸出電流,并且達到技術要求后,帶負載運行;然后減去負載,停機,再起動UPS電源。這樣連續多次操作。 ??②頻繁切換試驗。主要是檢測轉換時供電有無斷點,在線式UPS電源是不應該出現斷點的。 ??(4)充電器的起動試驗。為了保護蓄電池,避免充電器起動時對電網的沖擊,一般UPS的充電器起動,均有限流起動功能,充電器由起動到正常運行的過渡過程,時間一般在10s以上,電流一般限定在蓄電池容量的1/10。 ??(5)不帶蓄電池加載試驗。UPS電源不帶蓄電池時,UPS只具有穩壓功能。不帶蓄電池情況下加負載,可以檢驗整流器的動態性能。一般要求在20ms內保證輸出電壓恢復到(100±1)%以內。對于這一功能,不同UPS有不同的設計。 ??(6)高次諧波測試。一般UPS的高次諧波分量總和小于5%,可用諧波分析儀來測試。良好的UPS能全部濾掉11次諧波以下的全部諧波,而且波形很穩。選用UPS也應盡量選用不含11次諧波以下諧波的UPS。 |
