1、凡由我公司生產配套銷售的產品，質量保證期為出廠投入使用十二個月（橡膠件除外）。質保期內因制造因素造成的質量問題，免費更換；因使用不當造成的故障，需要更換的零部件只收成本費。
2、在接到用戶關于產品質量的投訴（來電、信函或口頭通知）需要處理時，公司將立即處理。對本公司提供的配件均不少于規定保質期，如在此期間出現質量問題，我公司將派專業工程師，1小時內響應，如需現場服務，國內保證24小時內到達現場解決問題。l 我們將在廠內儲備足夠數量的易損件和常用備件，縮短求援及服務的響應時間，以保障現場需要。
