一、CHAMPION電池結構 NP（12V系列）
① 電池端子：為高硬度鉛基合金或銅鍍銀端子，耐腐蝕性能好、導 電性能優良、強度高。
②外殼：采用ABS外殼，分粘接和熱封兩種，后者尤其適合于振動 大，環境溫度變化大。要求電池使 用壽命特別長的場合。
③ 密封膠：采用三次密封技術，第一層為鉛套焊接密封，試壓后用堵微孔密封膠密封，最后采用紅 黑膠密封，確保電池使用期間不會出現滲酸缺陷。
④ 安全閥：采用耐酸耐熱性能優異的三元乙丙橡膠制成，確保電池使用期間的安全性、可靠性。 ⑤ 極板：其板柵采用耐腐性優良的鉛鈣錫基多元合金。
⑥ 隔板：采用耐酸耐熱性能良好的超細玻璃纖維制成，防止正負極短路，保持電解液，緊壓迫極板 表面，防止活性物質脫落。
二、CHAMPION電池性能、特點
① 大電流放電性能：NP（12V）系列電池采用薄型極板，正極板厚度在2.4-2.9mm之間，同時采用高 孔率活性物質配方，極板比表面積大，其適合于大電流放電。
② 壽命：因NP系列電池采用薄型極板，正極柵耐腐蝕性能相對較差，電池使用壽命相對2V系列來說 較短，在環境溫度為25±5℃時，為10-12年。
③ 密封反應效率：NP系列電池極板薄、片數多，比表面積大，便于密封反應。同時該類電池氣室較 小，一般密封反應效率≥98%。

三、放電性能
1、電池浮充使時，其設計使用壽命是在25℃環境中使用值當環境溫度每上升10℃，其壽命縮短 約30%，建議電池環境溫度控制在25±5 ℃。
2、浮充使用時的充電方式 浮充使用的充電方式一般采用恒壓限流方式？蛇x用的恒壓值，一方 面 須滿足在該電壓下充入的電量足以補償自放電造成的容量損失； 另一方面使電池過充而造成的損 傷降低至最小。在常溫（25℃）時，NP型電池的浮充電壓為2.3V/單體。
3、浮充使用時的充電電壓 在25℃時，NP型電池浮充電壓為2.3V/單體，GM型電池浮充電壓 為 2.23V/單體。 當溫度高于或低于25℃時，浮充電壓應校正，校正系數-3mv/℃/單體。 循環使 用的 充電電壓循環使用的蓄電池，采用恒壓限流充電法進行充電，充電電流限在0.1-0.2CA (C:NP型為C20，GM型為C10)，25℃時的充電電壓NP型為2.4V/單體，GM型為2.35V/單體，當溫度不 在25℃時，充電電壓應校正，校正系數為-4mv/℃/單體。為防止過充電應使用定時或自動限流充電設備。

一、CHAMPION電池結構 NP（12V系列）
① 電池端子：為高硬度鉛基合金或銅鍍銀端子，耐腐蝕性能好、導 電性能優良、強度高。
②外殼：采用ABS外殼，分粘接和熱封兩種，后者尤其適合于振動 大，環境溫度變化大。要求電池使 用壽命特別長的場合。
③ 密封膠：采用三次密封技術，第一層為鉛套焊接密封，試壓后用堵微孔密封膠密封，最后采用紅 黑膠密封，確保電池使用期間不會出現滲酸缺陷。
④ 安全閥：采用耐酸耐熱性能優異的三元乙丙橡膠制成，確保電池使用期間的安全性、可靠性。 ⑤ 極板：其板柵采用耐腐性優良的鉛鈣錫基多元合金。
⑥ 隔板：采用耐酸耐熱性能良好的超細玻璃纖維制成，防止正負極短路，保持電解液，緊壓迫極板 表面，防止活性物質脫落。
二、CHAMPION電池性能、特點
① 大電流放電性能：NP（12V）系列電池采用薄型極板，正極板厚度在2.4-2.9mm之間，同時采用高 孔率活性物質配方，極板比表面積大，其適合于大電流放電。
② 壽命：因NP系列電池采用薄型極板，正極柵耐腐蝕性能相對較差，電池使用壽命相對2V系列來說 較短，在環境溫度為25±5℃時，為10-12年。
