?概述F81438是可編程的單片多協議收發器設備，包含RS-232和RS-485/RS-422驅動器和接收器。F81438可重新配置為四種操作模式，包括僅RS-232（3TX/5RX）、一個RS-485（1TX/1RX）驅動器（TX）半雙工模式、一個RS-485（1TX/2RX）接收器（RX）半雙工方式和RS-422（1TX/1RX）全雙工模式，可隨時通過更改2個模式選擇引腳的邏輯狀態進行選擇。該設備可以實現雙模串行端口、混合模式端口或作為接口信號轉換器。額外的電荷泵從5V的單個電源提供真正的RS-232驅動器輸出電壓。轉換速率控制引腳為高數據速率或轉換控制數據速率配置驅動器輸出。回轉控制輸出可最大限度地減少長端或未端接電纜上的反射和振鈴引起的問題。所有RS-485接收器或收發器都具有高阻抗，允許在共享總線上最多256個收發器。當配置為RS-485/RS-422模式時，每個驅動器可以單獨啟用或置于三態，從而簡化了共享總線或雙向通信上的使用。所有接收器都有先進的故障保護，以防止輸入未連接時發生振蕩。在RS-232模式下，每個接收器輸入具有5k?下拉至地。如果輸入為浮動、短路或開路但已終止，則差分接收器將默認為輸出邏輯1。所有驅動器輸出和接收器輸入都受到保護，以防高達±15000伏的ESD沖擊（IEC 61000-4-2氣隙）。2功能列表5V單電源操作穩健的±15kV ESD保護（IEC 61000-4-2氣隙）RS-232/RS-485混合模式可調整的轉換速率，最大限度地減少EMI誤差打開時RS-485提前故障保護，短或端接線路28針TSSOP封裝靈活的4種操作模式由2個配置引腳選擇一套3T5R RS-232 V.28驅動器和接收器一套RS-485驅動器（半雙工配置）一套RS-485接收器（半雙工組態）一套RS-422驅動器和接收器（全雙工配置
