市場(chǎng)的迅速擴(kuò)展，迫使國(guó)外企業(yè)到國(guó)內(nèi)來(lái)發(fā)展，切割機(jī)的價(jià)格也大幅度下降。90年代后期由于國(guó)產(chǎn)焊割設(shè)備質(zhì)量已趨穩(wěn)定，價(jià)格也較前幾年大幅度下降，因此已逐步取代了進(jìn)口機(jī)。
隨著我國(guó)工業(yè)向現(xiàn)代化邁進(jìn)，國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)對(duì)焊割設(shè)備的需求逐年增大，加之國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家由于已有大量焊割設(shè)備正在使用，故數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)的普及受到一定制約，而我國(guó)焊割設(shè)備技術(shù)起步和應(yīng)用較晚，形成供需缺口，導(dǎo)致我國(guó)焊割設(shè)備特別是數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)的潛在市場(chǎng)巨大。
2.系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案
2.1 方案背景
自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備，也屬于機(jī)器人的一種，是為擺脫對(duì)人力的依賴性，提升工作效率，或是為了提高安全性而迎刃而生的新型設(shè)備；根據(jù)自動(dòng)化程度，自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備可分為以下三類：
一.剛性自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備剛性自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備亦可稱為初級(jí)自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備，其大多數(shù)是按照開(kāi)環(huán)控制的原理設(shè)計(jì)的。雖然整個(gè)焊接過(guò)程由焊接設(shè)備自動(dòng)完成，但對(duì)焊接過(guò)程中焊接參數(shù)的波動(dòng)不能進(jìn)行閉環(huán)的反饋系統(tǒng)，不能隨機(jī)糾正可能出現(xiàn)的偏差。
